Treatments

The Signature Laser Facial is our universal first-time treatment. After your first Signature Laser Facial, your Skin Laundry Registered Nurse or Laser Specialist will assess your skin's response, review your skin concerns and design a customized treatment plan to help you achieve your skin goals going forward. 

We offer Laser Facials, Energy-based Resurfacing Facials and a combination of both technologies to target specific skin concerns for all skin tones. Learn more about our facials here.  

The Signature Laser Facial is our universal first-time treatment. After your first Signature Laser Facial, your Skin Laundry Registered Nurse or Laser Specialist will assess your skin's response, review your skin concerns and advise on which treatments will best target and treat your skin concerns. 

Upon arrival you will meet with a Skin Laundry Registered Nurse or Laser Specialist who will review your medical history, prep your skin and perform your Signature Laser Facial. The treatment takes just 15 minutes. Afterwards, your Skin Laundry Registered Nurse or Laser Specialist will review your skin concerns, assess your skin's response and prepare a customized treatment and skincare product plan to help you achieve your skin goals going forward. 

Just like your laundry, we believe in establishing a cycle based on your individual skin concerns. Our experts will create a treatment plan and advise on how often you should come in to help achieve your personal skin goals. To maintain healthy, glowing skin we recommend signing up for one of our Laundry Club memberships.

All Skin Laundry facials are performed by licensed, trained professionals overseen by our team of board-certified dermatologists. Each and every Registered Nurse and Laser Specialist receives rigorous and ongoing training on Skin Laundry protocols.

Fixer is a peptide-based, topical serum that instantly boosts the effects of all of our Skin Laundry treatments. Fixer works to relax the muscles, soften expression lines and stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Learn more here.  

Downtime is a term that refers to the time needed to recover from a procedure. Our treatments have no downtime but may involve some social downtime. Social downtime does not require making any major changes to your day-to-day activities, however you may prefer to avoid social settings during this time for cosmetic reasons (such as redness or swelling). 

Contraindications

We offer treatments to anyone aged 13 years and up. For minors, we require that a parent or legal guardian book on their behalf. Valid photo ID is required for both parent/legal guardian and minor. Student ID + birth certificate or any government issued ID are valid proof of ID for minors.  

No, you cannot receive a Skin Laundry treatment while pregnant. 

While there is no evidence to suggest our treatments cause harm to pregnant clients or their babies, there is also limited research on the impact of our treatments on fetal development. Therefore, as a precautionary measure, we do not treat pregnant clients at Skin Laundry.  

Skin Laundry recommends that pregnant clients consult with their OBGYN prior to receiving any cosmetic treatments. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. 

Yes, you can receive a Skin Laundry treatment while nursing.

Bookings and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us 12 hours notice or a $25 fee will be charged. If you are late you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee and will need to make a new appointment. You can cancel your appointment by signing into your account here selecting your name and navigating to “Appointments”.

Products unused in their original packaging purchased at any Skin Laundry clinic or our online store (www.skinlaundry.com) may be returned for a full refund of original payment within 30 days with an original receipt. Please note that Skin Laundry gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. We practice a strict no refund policy on facials, bundles and membership dues.

We require a credit card to guarantee your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged unless you fail to cancel more than 12 hours prior to the start of your appointment or are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment.  

In order to provide a safe environment and an excellent client experience we have a Supervision Policy in place that we kindly ask all of our clients to adhere to. We have implemented this policy in order to maintain a welcoming and comfortable experience for everyone. While we would love to provide supervision for children and/or pets, we cannot guarantee that our clinic team members have the ability to do so. More importantly, we cannot be held responsible for our client’s children and/or pets.  

*We cannot allow a child or pet in the treatment room due to eye safety. This policy applies to service animals as well.

Memberships

We offer several different types of Laundry Club memberships each designed to best help you achieve your skin goals. Learn more here. During your first visit our team of skin experts will create a customized treatment plan and advise on which membership would best suit you.  

To cancel your Laundry Club Membership, you must visit your Skin Laundry Clinic at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of your billing date and fill out the Laundry Club Membership Cancellation Form. To freeze your Laundry Club Membership you must provide Skin Laundry at least seven (7) calendar days advance written notice in advance of your billing date. You can find the full terms in your Laundry Club Membership contract. Skin Laundry may terminate your Laundry Club Membership upon written notice to you for any reason or no reason.
