Shipping & Returns

At Skin Laundry, we are committed to helping you achieve cleaner, clearer, brighter skin. Skin Laundry gladly accepts returns of unused products in their original packaging purchased at any Skin Laundry clinic or our online store (www.skinlaundry.com) for a full refund within 30 days with an original receipt. Unfortunately, Skin Laundry products purchased from other retailers are subject to the return policies of those retailers and will not be accepted by Skin Laundry. Please contact the retailer you purchased the product from if you need to make a return.

Please note that Skin Laundry gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

*Free shipping is valid on purchases of $50+ for standard US Ground shipping to US delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only. Not valid for international delivery addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. Additional charges apply for express shipping.

There are two easy ways to return *online* orders to Skin Laundry:

RETURN BY MAIL

Completely fill out the Returns Form that came in your package and ship the form and item(s) back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Skin Laundry is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please send your returns to:

Returns sent to us by mail by the original purchaser will be refunded to the original method of payment. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping fees unless the return was due to a mistake on our part. If you received the item(s) as a gift and do not want the refund to go to the original purchaser, please indicate this on the Returns Form. In that case, we will issue a Skin Laundry gift card for the appropriate refund amount.

Returns that are either (a) not accompanied by the original order details or (b) received more than 30 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for a Skin Laundry gift card in the amount of the original purchase price.

RETURN TO A SKIN LAUNDRY CLINIC

Bring your return to any Skin Laundry clinic along with a receipt showing the price paid for the product (e.g., a print-out of the email order confirmation). A refund will be submitted on the original method of payment within two business days by the Skin Laundry headquarters office. Alternatively you may exchange the product for any product of the same value or request store credit in the form of a Skin Laundry gift card.

There are two easy ways to return *store-purchased* orders to Skin Laundry:

RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE LOCATION

Bring your return along with the cash register receipt and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment (e.g., on the same card used to pay for the item(s)). Alternatively you may exchange the product for any product of the same value or request store credit in the form of a Skin Laundry gift card.

RETURN TO A DIFFERENT SKIN LAUNDRY LOCATION

Bring your return along with the cash register receipt. A refund will be submitted on the original method of payment within two business days by the Skin Laundry headquarters office. Alternatively you may exchange the product for any product of the same value or request store credit in the form of a Skin Laundry gift card.

Any returns made to a Skin Laundry clinic that are either (a) not accompanied by the original order receipt or (b) made more than 30 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.

REFUNDS: We practice a strict no refund policy on facials, bundles and membership dues.
