Membership & Loyalty FAQ

We offer several different types of Laundry Club memberships, each designed to best help you achieve your skin goals. During your first visit our team of skin experts will create a customized treatment plan and advise on which membership would best suit you.

Just like your laundry, we believe in establishing a cycle based on your individual skin concerns. Our experts will create a treatment plan and advise on how often you should come in to help achieve your personal skin goals. To maintain healthy, glowing skin we recommend signing up for one of our Laundry Club memberships.

To cancel your Laundry Club Membership, you must visit your Skin Laundry Clinic at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of your billing date and fill out the Laundry Club Membership Cancellation Form. To freeze your Laundry Club Membership you must provide Skin Laundry at least seven (7) calendar days advance written notice in advance of your billing date. You can find the full terms in your Laundry Club Membership contract. Skin Laundry may terminate your Laundry Club Membership upon written notice to you for any reason or no reason.

Please contact the clinic where your membership was signed up to update your payment information.

It’s easy—just join the Laundry Club! You’ll get a $25 sign-up bonus right away and start collecting 1 Laundry Token for every $20 spent on products, Facials and Enhancements. You’ll also get a $15 birthday gift and $5 just for sharing feedback online. Plus, enjoy bonus rewards when you hit Loyalty milestones.

Tokens can be redeemed for Skin Laundry products, services and Enhancements.

You’ll earn $50 for every friend you refer who books and receives a Facial—and an additional $100 if they join the Laundry Club.

Yes—Loyalty Points expire 12 months from the date they’re earned. If you cancel your Laundry Club membership, any unredeemed points will be forfeited immediately.
